Reviews and Ratings
I found this hotel to be perfectly clean and spacious, with windows on two sides providing great views. The service was top-notch, and the location couldn't be better for shopping. However, the dining options were limited, and the ongoing renovations were a bit of a drawback.
BLVD was a mixed experience for me. The rooms were a little too old-fashioned, but they were spotlessly clean, and the size was nearly twice what I expected. The service for lunch at the boulevard was fabulous, but some staff members were just going through the motions, not smiling. The location was amazing, with extraordinary staff and close proximity to great shops and dining. Dining at the BLVD had its highs and lows, with fantastic room service but also some disruptive behavior from other guests. The facilities were good overall.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a well-stocked mini-bar, but some areas like the bathroom sink showed signs of wear and tear. The breakfast prices were a bit high, making it expensive to dine at the hotel.
I stayed at the Beverly Wilshire and had a mixed experience. The rooms were large enough for 3 with high ceilings, but felt a bit out of date stylewise. The service was decent, with some staff going out of their way to assist. The location was great for exploring Beverly Hills but a bit far from the airport in the LA traffic. The dining experience was excellent, especially in the Blvd restaurant. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was filled with surprises, from a spectacular birthday cake and champagne to feeling like I was in a Best Western rather than a 5-star hotel. While the costs of everything, especially in-room dining, seemed a bit overpriced, the overall experience was memorable.
The hotel is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, providing a convenient stay amid other bars and restaurants. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation, but the service with great staff tries to make up for it. The price is on the higher side, but the area and entry are beautiful.
